Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for timely order placement and communications with clients via email, phone calls and in person.
Duties:
- Placing orders and sending estimates
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Assist with office management tasks
- Manage calendars for the owner and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records
- Provide support to the team by assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Experience in the printing industry is preferred
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of vendor management processes and procedures
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Familiarity with human resources processes and practices
- Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
